Cancellation Policy

Low Season (November 1^st - November 21^st  / April 19^th  – July15^th):
- One night charge applies on any cancellation before 14 days prior to the arrival date.
- The 50 % of the full deposit will not be refunded if your reservation is canceled, shortened within 14 days prior to arrival date.

High Season (Jan 7^th – Apr 18^th and Nov 22^th – Dec 24^th): 
- One night charge applies on any cancellation before 21 days prior to the arrival date.
- The 20% of the full amount will be nor refunded if your reservation is cancelled between 21-10 days prior to arrival date

- The 50% of the full deposit will not be refunded if your reservation is canceled, shortened within 10 days prior to arrival date.

Holiday Season (Dec 24^st – Jan 6^th):
- The 20% of the full deposit is charged if the reservation is canceled before 60 days prior to the arrival date.
-  The 50% of full deposit will not be refunded if your reservation is canceled, between 60- 21 days  prior to arrival.

-The full deposit will be not refunded if your reservation is canceled, shortened within 21 days prior to arrival date.

Unused nights, no show and early departures are penalized in full.
