San Salvador with Rum Cay and Cat island have been classified the best fishing area in the Caribbean.
People travel from around the world to fish the renowned coastal waters of San Salvador plentifully supplied with giant tuna, enormous blue marlin, barracudas, mahi mahi, wahoo.
Less than a mile from shore the “ catch of the day!” is guaranteed!

Fishing Calendar
- Blu Marlin: from March to September. Best months:
  May, June, July.
- Sailfish: from December to June.
- White Marlin: from February to July. Best months:
  April, May, June.
- Mahi Mahi : from December to July. Best months: March,
  April, May.
- Wahoo : from October to May. Best months: November,
  December, January, February.
- Black & Yellow Fin Tuna: from February to September. Best
  months: May, June, July.
- Barracuda: very good all year around.
